Louisville officer involved in fatal crash suspended

Maybe I was misunderstood I was saying if Adams would have been killed in the accident she would have been charged with murder because she was drunk. That was the point I was trying to get across, and now that I have had time to think about it a 30 day suspension sounds a little excessive since she should be primarily at fault. If Adams had been driving slower maybe he could have avoided the accident and maybe not bottom line is she was wasted. A .131 BAC is almost twice the legal limit, and on a girl her size it means she is wasted. I have arrested plenty of girls her size for DUI whose BAC was lower and they acted a fool and could barely stand up in some cases. My guess is she was pretty much the same and her irressposible friends and parents let her get that way and then behind the wheel. As a parent I have explained to my children the consequences of drinking and driving and I hope they listen to me becasue it's a very serious matter that could get you or anyone else killed. I hope her parents reflect on that and realize that suing Adams and the city is the wrong thing to do, Im sure they wont cause the city will pay them off before it goes to trail.
