To the last commentor, I fail to see your point about police officers who keep their job after a DUI. I don't know too many people in the private sector who have lost their job for a DUI. Now, take John Boyle, the news anchor from WLKY 32, he in fact did lose his job, but only after his 2nd or 3rd DUI and showing a continual pattern of alcohol abuse and not doing a thing to change or alter his pattern of abusive behavior.
