She didn't get fired for using the wrong form...that was a small part of it all. You know...the arresting/charging of multiple people for crimes they could not have committed because they were in custody at the time of the offense seems pretty significant.

What are you smoking, have you been paying attention? She didn't use the wrong form, she didn't even CREATE photo paks, she just randomly shoved photos under the witness's nose and then couldn't produce them to the prosecution. She claimed to have gotten IDs when she didn't, and because her record keeping sucked, she had no defense at all when the witness said they did not make the ID. (I'll accept that maybe they lied, that's why you DOCUMENT your work!)
