Retrospective on Louisville's Mayor, Jerry Abramson: PART FIVE

I love listening to all the city officers complaining about the old county. If it wasnt for the county police you wouldnt have S**t. We all loved getting pay frerzed so you could catch up to us. I know this is only a few idiots on here posting, but are you morons for real. I remember when I was a rookie officer we made a run on a liquor store whos alarm went off. This bar was on the old county city line and back in those days it was common for both agencies to show up. Well anyway the city got there first and we saw them loading up their trunks with liquor and beer, one officer told us you better hurry while the gettins good. My FTO just shook his head and said lets get the hell out of here. Now for the officer complaining about the fat county officer in traffic writing tickets to old ladies, I believe Clarence and Sam are old city officers who not only write little old ladies but also police officers and their family members. Now for all the naysayers we had our problem children on the county to like Billy White, Scott Shear, Mike Meece and many more but the city had just as many if not more. Merging the city/county government was the worst thing ever they took two department that were great just the way they were and ruined them forever.
