Ray and Smith better watch their back with this guy. He is a hit man for White. Harper will be safe since they are butt buddies from the glorified Street Crimes Unit. I don't know what was so great about the unit. I wish everyone would get off their jock. Just another thug unit from the former LPD. Yeah I said it!
