Chief White shakes up Louisville Police Department

No problem the wonder sgt up there can handle all the cases. Even though he is violating policy by working assigned cases that by policy can't be worked by a commanding officer.

As someone who lost a family member to homicide in 2008, it would be nice to actually get it solved. And no, it isn't a drug or domestic homicide, but a break in gone bad - he was simply working at his job when he was stabbed in the back.
