If some of you would spend more time doing your job and less time bitching and moaning and finding a short cut to do things, you would be much better cops. Some of you , including all ranks, have absolutely no business doing this job...NOT ONE OUNCE

Everyone wants to re invent the wheel.....Dress clothes and ties are sooooo yesterday. Working crime scenes with CSU is no fun in a tie and expensive clothes. Dressing nice DOES NOT MAKE U A BETTER DET. No one cares what the F u c k you look like as long as you solve their case!!!!! theses old school way of thinking Commanders are B U L L S C H I T. I heard tonight about 6 more Det. from Homicide are putting in transfers. They about 7 Det. now with a year or less in the unit, god help the clearance rate and the older ones who stay and work with 3/4 new people to that unit...
