Exactly. This is what I meant about waiting to see what will happen before passing judgment about Fisher. This all is a great step in a better direction that ole Jer would never have done.

Dave Mutchler uses his position as fop president to fight the department and city every chance he gets, no matter how much it hurts the officers. Sometimes you have to know which battles to fight, because you can't win them all. And sometimes a compromise that meets everyone's needs, is more important than "winning".
