MM was posing as a drug user looking for drugs. AN was a drug dealer looking to sell drugs. AN saw a unique opportunity to rob a drug user and keep his drugs and get money. (Drug dealer + Drugs + money = Guns) (Drug users rarely report getting robbed while buying drugs). AN robbed MM but dropped some of the money. MM announced that he was the Police and all the other drug dealers ran away except AN who fought with MM. MM drew his weapon, AN fought with MM who he now knows is the Police. A shot was fired in the struggle, no one was hit. AN started to move away (Turned away from MM, not ran away) and was reaching for a gun in his waist band (Most thugs carry it there). MM from experience knew he was not reaching for his TARC card, and the rest is history. Like the earlier post stated, you don't have to wait for the "Flash" do protect yourself. HE WAS NOT RUNNING AWAY with both hands pumping up and down for extra speed. He was turning away and moving to (pure speculation) draw his weapon and (pure speculation) shot MM. I don't know anything about building houses, so I don't tell builders what they are doing wrong. I keep quiet and learn.
