I think people like this are going to believe what they want, no matter what. Some refuse to see the truth, especially when it's not in line with what they need it to be, the truth hurts. And yes, people can shoot while running away. Remember the Armed Robbery at 34th and Broadway? That Criminal was firing at the officer while he was running back towards the south alley when the officer returned fire. And guess where he was struck.
