The "Witness" you refer to would not go on record with the statement she made on TV. She was asked to make a sworn statement to what she claimed she "witnessed" and she refused. It was only needed to investigate these claims against the officer, and she didnt want to sign anything.

Ok Trucker, give us your professional opinion on this. Unless you will ignore these facts, like you do on all these subjects you have issues with.
