you keep bringing up the EMT and stating he was rushed even though he committed a crime. This was not knowledge at the time. If you want to debate it keep to facts known at the time. Not was was discloed later after they arrived at the hospital. many times injuries are stated to be worse than they are. NOT by the Police but by the EMS units as they do quick assessments at the scene and move the vicitm. Once at the hospital it might come out that things were not as bad as it was thought prior.
