So very true, but we as an agency shouldn't limit ourselves to just college educated people. We are passing up so many great canidates who lack 60 credit hours. College is not for everyone. I went for 2 years and got nothing out of it other than hate for all the liberal professors who try to push their views on you. There is no reason for LMPD to require college. This job is all common sense and college does not teach that. Either you have it or you dont. Eventually we are all going to have to come
