Some of the best cops I know on this department are the guys hired before the college degree requirement. They are the 10, 15, and 20 year veterans with passion for police work and a history of being guys that you'd trust your life with. I wouldn't trust these college kids who are at LMPD as their FIRST job to buy my dog's food.
