Maybe one day but I doubt it as well. Who the hell is this moron raggin on Dumeyer. I'll give you Brewer and Riggs but Dumeyer. He is a great guy and he would have been a great chief. If you want to make a valid argument you should have thrown some city guys in there as well. When you only rag on county officers it tends to hit a nerve with all the former county guys, and vice versa as well. You obvisously show which deptartment you came from, but in all fairness there are plenty of idiots that worked for both and there are plenty of new idiots who work for metro. You dont see(jtown, st.matts, shivley, KSP) raggin on each other like this, not even lexington metro. this is the reason why a 1200 man dept can only get a few hundred applicants a year. That is pathetic. Even JCSO who isnt allowed police without being punished gets just as many as us and their job is not even close to being as fun as ours. I cant wait till retirement, only a few more years.
