Now before anyone jumps on me I am guilty of this also. In reading all of the postings on this subject and the others I have come to notice that we are our worst problem. We can blame alot on the chief and his command staff as well as the different SOPs that come down each week. BUT once we look at everything we need to take some ownership in the way we feel about eachother as well as ourselves. Each time there is a problem within our department we are the first to jump and start to cruicify one
