It appears there is a masked bandit who lurks around Louisville neighborhoods at night destroying the Hal for mayor signs posted in police officer's yards. I know of several victims of this triffling and dispicable crime. Because of this tasteless lack of disrespect for another's property, I ask that everyone post signs anywhere that grass may grow.
