Did the kid fall out of a wheel chair and roll at the officer in an aggressive manner? Just wondering. It happened to a friend of mine once and he was so tramatized that he left LMPD for the FBI. I hope this officer gets the help he needs after being assaulted by this really mean 11 year old. Or he could just join the FBI.
