Thats a good idea but this dept is full of guys and gals that couldnt ride a beat to save their lives. Most of those are still in uniform and have brass on now. 6-7 year Lt's are a joke. We should have to have 10 yrs on before you can make Lt rank. TRue there are a bunch of good bosses but there are just as many that have never been the police. I am going to take the test so dont respond with "Oh...stop crying and take the test!" I also have 10+ yrs on so dont say I am a crying rookie. Me
