Larry Bisig the guy who was presenting himself as the F.O.P's spokesperson and advisor during the vehicle debacle is holding a fundraiser at his home for your Mayor, Jerry Abramson and the Governor. So can anyone explain why the FOP allowed an obvious political hack of the mayor to be a part of the FOP's battle over getting the shaft regarding the take home car issue?
