You are correct on the actions of this department. I know for a fact they "ping" people with department cell phones in an effort to see if they can catch them doing something wrong. They remote into officers computer accounts (including email) to see what files they might have on the server. I know that this is their "property" but why do they have to go on such a witch hunt to with all their officers? Some officers have actually seen the mouse on their computer move around without them using it,
