Yeah, she would not listen to her PTO and was constantly having officer safety issues, but no one could tell Debbie anything, she knew it all. Except when she went to court on time and testified she knew nothing about a case in which she was the lead officer on. (Something like, "I don't know, my PTO told me to do it.")
