Biggest problem is that many women, even strong, athletic women, don't routinely do pushups and bench press. It's not that they can't do it, with some practice, they don't know how. That was the problem with the vertical leap, if women don't do a jumping sport, like basketball, they couldn't "cold" do that skill. I'd love to see a real survey of why women don't consider law enforcement as a career. In the last LMPD class - how many men and women started and how many graduated in the recruit class?
