I agree. Cosgrove all your going to do is get female officers hurt who cant perform this job. This job is not for everyone men and women alike. By lowering the standards for women is ridiculous. It also takes away from the female officers who prepared themselves and passed the pops test not to mention exceeded it. The academies in this state (Richmond, LMPD, KSP, LEX) have to be tough on recruits. The reality is that this is a tough job physically and mentally and wimps need not apply. So congratulations
