your trying to tell me LPD made sense of uniformity due to a stripe down the side of a pant leg? Then you must have had a gold chain and chest hair hanging out with no t-shirt! One of the few things i do agree with is the option of short/long sleeve year round or alternative uniforms. It all depends on assignments,details,weather, etc... JCPD always looked squared away with a Hi-neck t-shirt!
