Why? Why isn't it being stated that we are required to work whil we are in these cars, and off duty. We can be punished for not doing so. At least the marked anyway. If anything the marked cars should be the last ones to pay. Why are we not educating the public on the rules we have to go by, while driving these cars off duty?
