Most of the guys at JCSO are great guys. They work hard and play hard as well, especially the late watch guys. I see them down at the book all the time. The guys I talk to would tend to agree that not everything at JCSO is great. As a former deputy I would have to say nothing has changed. You have a lot of guys doing very dangerous work for little pay and no recognition from their peers in the law enforcement community. For me it helped me get my academy out of the way and lateral to a police department
