If the police department would back their officers every once in a while and let them do police work without sticking them with policy violations everytime they got a lock up, maybe some of these dirtbags would be off the streets! I just heard about a couple of officers that got kicked out of their unit after getting a huge drug bust. They kicked them out because they forgot to notify their boss they were leaving their division. **** like this makes them not want to work! Maybe one day quality arrest
