White denied Atlanta police chief position

Is it really true Wilkerson commands homicide and has never been to the grand jury? how is this possible? Didn't he mess up the SWAT Team when he was running it?

Ozzy has definately became a YES MAN! or in other words a Company Man. He never did nothing, even as a beat officer. He was always worried about his so called Status. What He has to realize is that the officer's under his watch is what can make him or brake him, if they lay down and crime go's up then it looks bad on him, which, who would want to work under a fake anyway. He's just in it for him. and he treats his troops like crap, maybe if he got to know the officers and attended their roll calls, he would get more than he's giving.
