Yep, it's a lack of BA operators assigned to the shift that night - also, on 2nd shift (1500-2300), the BA operator has to do releases. So, if people aren't getting out of jail in a timely manner, he gets in trouble. If BA's get held too long, he gets in trouble. 2nd shift currently only has one BA operator - the primary guy is out on medical leave. They do post for OT, but when we have two BA operators, they assign one to another position, like working the grill or doing transporation, etc. 1st
