A lot of the complaints that you all have are due to staffing shortages. Bolton won't use OT, except to get us to minimum staffing levels, and he hasn't even bothered sending an academy thru this year. In the next two years (by 2012), expect it to get even worse. As a department, we got hazardous duty coverage back in 91 or 92. Many, many people are simply waiting for 20 full years of hazardous before they go out.
