Is Louisville's police chief Robert White really that stupid?

She drove a vehicle with no oil, evidently did not check or did not know how to check the fluid level, resulting in the vehicle locking up or blowing up. To my knowledge, got another vehicle very quickly after this incident, without having to answer the questions that would be directed at us, should it been one of us, not an anointed one, that blew up an assigned vehicle. That narrow it down for those asking who? And an open case sits, somewhere out there, allowing her to be made a Lieutenant. I am unsure if she told the truth about what in fact happened, but doesn't seem to matter any way.
