I am relieved that the officer is realatively unharmed. It serves as a great reminder that the "routine" stop is anything but routine. Always call out on the stops with the plate, vehicle description and location. For those that don't were your vest, here is a good reminder. If you are going to wear that target called a badge on your chest, atleast wear the vest underneath it. Oh yeah, and not having all your gear on your duty belt just screams I am no longer the police and can not back up my officers
