Did you have to write a letter to the Chief on why it was dismissed.....OH...forgot DUI is only a Misdemeanor so why would anyone give 2 cents if a drunk was let go. Ahh hell...he'll probably never do it again or probably not kill someone next time. Jefferson County Courts are crooked...that sums it up....LIBERALS RUN IT!!!
