One thing I have to point out is the judges who obviously dismiss good cases because they are friends with the defense. Of course I can agree with this. Unfortunately, I don't think this is particularly unique to Louisville: the ole' buddy system comes in to play everywhere. Maybe implement a "strike" system for judges just as there is for jurors?
