I know there are many problems with court on all sides. One thing I have to point out is the judges who obviously dismiss good cases because they are friends with the defense. One particular judge ( heavy set with a beard ) dismissed a cut and dry DUI and then when asked why he didnt have an answer. I nearly cussed him but knew that would do no good. The defense attorney had a smirk on his face the whole time during the probable cause hearing. I kind of knew right then that I had no chance. This
