i hope your comment about police being on time was a joke. Jefferson County prosecutors and judges have proven for the most part that they have no spine. the prosecutors want to do all they can do avoid a hearing because they are afraid to have to litigate and dont want their lunches interfered with. the judges want to let everyone out on a conditional discharge all the time because they are too GD liberal to hold anyone accountable. this restarts a chain reaction of the police having to bust balls
