James His threats are invalid. You will be better off getting an attorney, but you should immediately file a criminal complaint against him. You should follow up with a civil action. It is one thing for him to say that you never worked etc... but if you have proof and witnesses etc that can testify that you were there then you shouldn't have a problem.
