Ok, 1 its factual that priests have been raping little boys, not speculated.

2 The prosecution dropped any and all charges relating to indecency with a child, whereas the pope is hiding behind the law that states as a head of state he can not be compelled to testify.

Again, let me simplify this for you, the prosecution dropped charges vs the accused refusing to testify and hiding behind diplomatic immunity.

It is unknown what purpose the photos served, but since there wasnt enough evidence that (3rd time) the prosecution wanted to pursue charges, it is in no way comparable to the undeniable culpability of the catholic religion.
