Are you really trying to say that any charge that gets dismissed means that it was a false allegation? Man, you must have never gone to court on anything. It doesn't matter how red-handed you catch someone breaking the law, sometimes stuff gets dismissed for a thousand different reasons, most having not one single thing to do with actual innocence/guilt. One of the many reasons I think getting subpoenaed to court is a waste of time.

Hey citizen aka Trucker. So they say the guy diddled his kids. I dont have any facts for that however, thats what they wanted to say. Who cares get a life! The police are so bad, I cant trust police. Whine, cry, ***** and moan. Move to Mexico or Canada. I rarely post on here but you make me sick. How in the world do people (like you) defend anyone who is a convicted felon? How hard is it NOT to be a felon? Why do you even care what a felon is called?! Karma is a *****! There is the law which states someone is innocent until proven guility and then there is something called reality. Reality says never trust someone who has been CONVICTED of a felony.... he has (3) felony convictions! For heavens sakes man one would think you live under the rule of the Taliban where people are stoned or hung on the spot. The criminal justice system is broke but not broken in a way that helps out the police or law biding citizen. You are retired, why not research how many "chances" convicted felons get to live a decent life. When your research is complete bring your logic and wisdom to the playing table with the repeat offender stats.
