Okolona woman sues over SWAT team break-in

Just to set the record straight he was convicted of Traf in Marijuana over 5 lbs from a 2000 case ( see below)

With the persistent felony offender tagged in 2000 that means he had other felony convictions prior to this.

He also pleaded guilty to poss of cocaine in 2008, had an arson charge in 98, pleaded guilty to burglary 3rd in 97 which was apparently involving a domestic due to the other charges with it, poss of meth - guilty in 2000, several Manufacturing Meth charges, WE 1st in 07, another WE 1st in 07, a POCS 1 in 07, another POCS in 07.

So...he didnt have any murder charges but he is definately a violent offender. DOnt know all the facts about the case in question so I will not comment on it. His prior record pretty much called for a SWAT team to serve the search warrant. Again...wasnt there to see what happened but I doubt the SWAT team stood over her with guns pointed at her while the search was conducted. Bad guys never stretch the truth when it comes to a law suit. Just my humble opinion.
