Simple question............if you are supposed to be at court at 9am but your case is not called until, say 10:05am are you really late for court? Simple answer NO! FYI the way we are served notice for court may also be illegal maybe the new FOP pres could find out about that. Another question......if I am on day work and have to go to court can I be late?
