Police Chief Robert White being considered for Dallas job

i agree with white not doing much of anything good. it seemed that they took two departments and found the dumbasses from both of them and promoted them into command positions. however, there is/was alot of animosity between the old city way of doing things and the old county way of doing things. i just wonder if all that will come rushing back to the forefront if/when a person is promoted from within?
