Dang, and I thought they were obsessed with comstat here. This poor guy has to lock himself up just to get an arrest 'stat' !!!! And how do you suffer from air force induced claustrophobia? Aren't you always out in the "Wild Blue Yonder?" I'm gonna shoot my doorhandles off next time I lock myself out of the ol' po-po mobile and claim it was due to agoraphobia (fear of public places/open areas) and see if that flies.
