Deputy receives Medal of Valor

first off I am not part of training but have been here for over 15 yrs and doing this job for over 21 yrs. Everyone on this dept gets uniform and equipment $$$ and most are too cheap to spend any of it on anything that might improve how they do their job, like AMMO. Are you so stretched with your bills that you cannot afford a box or two every few months? If you are not willing to take your own training in your own hands and get what you need you have no room to complain. If you want to bash me for thinking this go ahead. At least I know that I can shoot what I need to and I will not wait for this dept to take care of my own safety or my ability to go home at the end of shift.
