the problem is that the front office dosen't want to hire anybody that they dont think they will be able to brainwash into the metro mantra " stats,stats,stats, stab your buddies in the back, stats stats stats, stab your buddy in the back"..most laterals can think pretty good for themselves and see through the b.s, it has nothing to do with your qualifications. ..
