Another financial blunder!

Wasn't this the guy that Jerry gave an EXTRA 20 days of vacation time "added" on top of his maxed out v-day accrual when he left? I think they also gave Driskal 20 extra as well (because they worked so hard on the budget that Jerry screwed up). Anyway, I think the $17,000 was what they were paid to retire by cashing out their v-days, and then they came right back.
