New Fire Chief Appointed

I am a former McMahan Volunteer and "mostly" agree with the above comment. He wasn't quite that bad, but he was one of the more arrogant people I have met.

Worthington's chief isn't much different. That guy is on his own frickin planet! No respect for the police at scenes---- and though he didn't have access to as much as Barth did, he's done some shady stuff himself. hopefully this whole thing opened up a can of worms so others will be investigated or maybe scared straight? wishful thinking maybe

Don't know about a merger and what good it would do (yes, LPD and JCPD are warning signs) but there definitely should be more accountability. Some of these guys in charge of million dollar budgets barely finished school and don't have the experience and responsibility handed to them. Not excusing Barth one bit, just saying he definitely isn't the only one who manipulated the system and got in over his head!
