Right on! I think some people would be surprised if they knew how many officers haven't got a case through the grand jury. I know in my divison flex has a nasty habit of doing the old sign everyone's name on the pom charge. And you know what? 75% of that platoon has less than 6 years on...there hasn't been an opening posted for almost 2 years. But then again why would you want to leave when you can do jack squat and make your own hours? I'm no rocket scientist but when your patrol platoons are pulling 5x as much dope as your flex platoon you have a problem.

Can you name the guys that made the unit without an interview? Or is it a detail position that you are complaining about? I am serious... If you can name the positions and when they were filled, the moves can be grieved. If it is TDY detail, then no grievance can be filed
