how did this come down? If in a memo it needs to be given to the press so they can investigate on why officers are being prohibited from doing their job.

So 2nd Div officers are being told not to patrol, and not to enforce the law in certain areas? Holy Crap. Looks like some platoons need to get together and start audio recording roll calls. This is nuts! Collusion? Conspiracy? I'm gonna go throw up now.

Sounds like the Old Chief Donnio from Shively back in the 70's. Taking bribes and keeping shut. MMMM, sounds like someone might be getting some sort of a kickback. It just sux that this Administration has chosen politics over actual police work. Can't chance people, can't patrol certain areas, and now this. It's rediculous! I hope the new Mayor looks at this and laughs Mr. White right out of office!
